The Alternatives ABA Difference

Child-Centered Programs

Your child’s strengths and challenges are as unique as their fingerprint. We work directly with you to develop a program that’s tailored to them, with outcomes to support their communication and confidence.

Collaborative Care

Our multi-specialty practice provides more comprehensive treatment options than a traditional ABA therapy center, improving coordination across clinicians and producing better outcomes for your child.

Flexible, Family-Centered Schedules

Our team of extensively trained clinicians and therapists work one-on-one with your child on a schedule that works best for your family. Our clinicians also have lower caseloads, allowing them to support you better.

All Your Questions, Answered

What happens after I submit this form?

Once we’ve received your submission, our team will review and reach out to set up an initial call where we’ll start to learn about your child and answer any questions you may have. After that, we’ll schedule an in-person assessment and provide a personalized treatment plan.

If you approve the treatment plan, we’ll work with you to finalize insurance details so we can schedule and begin services as soon as possible.

How long is the waitlist?

Because we offer center-based, home-based, and telehealth services, we can usually begin therapy services right away. This is especially true during school hours. There may be a short wait for after-school services or our social and functional living programs, but this can vary by location. During our initial call, we can provide a more specific timeline. We work hard to keep our waitlists as short as possible and will communicate updates as they come.

How long does the process take?

The intake process typically takes two to four weeks, depending on your availability and insurance approval. We’ll work closely with you to get everything finalized so we can begin working with your child right away.

Why do you need all this information?

Our clinicians are highly experienced in ABA, OT, and SLP — but you are the expert on your child and the most critical member of our team. The more information you can provide, the faster we’ll be able to identify your child’s strengths and opportunities; from there, we can develop a personalized plan to help them grow.
